Occasionally, new clients come to me after being “burned” by other providers. Dr Roof was such a client. The owner of the website had engaged a highly affordable web developer, who used a commercial template to create an OK-looking site, but the site didn’t rank and didn’t provide any business.
So I gradually discovered and fixed the issues, enabled proper tracking, optimised the key pages and built high-quality links to the site, and the inquiries started to come in. I also created a Google My Business listing as part of Local SEO.
During slow seasons, I helped sustain the business by creating and managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook.
Dr Roof can now choose which clients he takes on and is subcontracting another roofer to meet demand. He can comfortably support his family, has the freedom to engage the best clients and pass on jobs to others.
